reconnect with your wild woman ...
Begin the day with gentle movement to connect with the body,
be supported to explore and unlock the voice through sounds, song and mantra,
connect with the womb space with a simple weaving of creativity,
create time for personal reflection, story and sharing,
and nourish to finish with a healing sound bath.
