Singing & Sound Meditation
An exploration of the Chakras with voice and sound. Activate the voice through toning, mantra and song, and then open to receive healing sound as we explore each Chakra.
Weaving Song Story Sound
A whole day workshop with
gentle movement, exploring voice,
weaving creativity, story-reflection-sharing,
