This half day workshop is an exploration of the Chakras - the Rainbow Petals - through a singing and sound meditation.

Be supported to explore and activate the voice through toning, mantra and song. Incorporating original chants written by Lisa for each petal of the rainbow. Open to receive healing sound with a selection of Sound Healing Instruments, as we explore each Chakra.
